Frequently Asked Questions
Are your products DIY friendly?
Yes! Most of our products can be self-installed, and we do also offer all the adhesives accessories needed for DIY projects. But we do recommend going for our supply and install packages for a better and longer lasting installation.
Do your products come with warranty?
Absolutely! All our products are warranted by a manufacturing defect warranty up to 5 years, except for best-buy items. Our workmanship is also warranted for 1 month for 1 free touch-up or workmanship defect rectification.
Why do I have to pay the RM100 deposit for Supply & Install packages?
This is so we can proceed to lock-in your preferred product for the estimate quantity required. Also, we are then able to arrange for a Site Visit for measurement, inspection and consultation. And even if you do not proceed with the order, your deposit will be refunded as store credit.
What happens during a site visit?
A site visit is to ensure your floor or wall condition is suitable to receive the flooring or wallcovering product. We will also do a site measurement to determine the true quantity of product required. Our team members will also advise if any floor/wall prep work is required prior to installation.
Are you able to help me with 3D design?
Gladly! We have an in-house team that can design your entire home within 5 days so you may better visualize how our products look in your space. Charges for 3D design are separate and depends on the size of your home/space.
